Apple fans, get ready to upgrade your iPhone! Apple has unveiled the iPhone 11 series mobile phones with A13 Bionic SoC and up to triple rear camera setup. Apple has named this year’s iPhones as iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
There are no major design changes on the front of the iPhone 11 series, it still has the same ugly iPhone X notch on it, so it can be a little disappointing for those iPhone fans who were expecting a full view display or at least a smaller notch. The iPhone 11 series is the successor of the company’s previous iPhone XR lineup which was one of the biggest-selling smartphones in 2018.
With the iPhone 11, Apple has made some changes and upgrades in the feature and specifications but iPhone users and tech portals are surprised by the company’s decision to skip the 5G. It’s actually surprising that the biggest tech company in the world is selling a crazy expensive mobile phone which is going to be outdated just in a year or less.
Android mobile phone manufacturers are competing with each other to release the 5G supported phones, some android phone manufacturers have already released or announced the release of 5G enabled phones, for example, OnePlus is releasing the 5G phones next month; it’s unexpected that Apple has skipped the 5G for expensive devices like the iPhone.
iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max is the higher version of iPhone 11. Apart from the size, the major visible difference between iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro or Pro Max is the camera. iPhone 11 has a dual rear camera setup whereas iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max comes with the Triple Rear Camera setup. iPhone 11 Pro is also the first-ever Apple smartphone to feature the triple rear camera.
iPhone 11 comes with the 6.1-inch Liquid Retina display, IP68 dust/water resistant, 4GB RAM+64GB storage, A13 Bionic (7 nm+) SoC, the dual rear camera setup that packs a 12-megapixel wide-angle main shooter with f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilisation and a 12-megapixel secondary ultra-wide-angle shooter with f/2.4 aperture and 120-degree field of view. iPhone 11 runs the iOS 13 that brings the next-generation Smart HDR, improved Night Mode, an enhanced Portrait Mode.
The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone Pro Max packed the 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR OLED displays, respectively, these premium iPhones are also IP68 certified. Both of these phones are powered by the same A13 Bionic chip as its lighter version iPhone 11, and triple rear camera setup. The triple camera setup is being said as the biggest feature addition on iPhones.
iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max comes with the three 12-megapixel image sensors that are accompanied by f/1.8 wide-angle, f/2.4 ultra-wide-angle, and f/2.4 telephoto lenses. Both wide-angle and telephoto cameras support optical image stabilisation, Apple has redesigned the camera app to get more out of these triple camera setup. It also has a 12-megapixel selfie camera on the front as with features like Smart HDR, 4K video recording, and slo-mo videos.
