OnePlus has started rolling out the OxygenOS 4.0.2 for OnePlus 3-3T, this is the third software update for OnePlus 3-3T within the last 20 days. OxygenOS 4.0 based on Android Nougat started hitting the OnePlus 3 & OnepPlus 3T from December 31st, just a few weeks later OnePlus has rolled out a hotfix 4.0.1 for all the OnePlus 3-3T globally and now OxygenOS 4.0.2
OxygenOS 4.0.2 is a small update with the size of just 30MB, the OnePlus 3-3T devices which aren’t received the Android Nougat update yet, will directly receive the OxygenOS 4.0.2 and for devices running OxygenOS 4.0.1 will receive the 30MB update soon. The rollout of OxygenOS 4.0.2 is incremental as always, that means it may take some time to reach all the devices. Remember this is a very small update for devices running Android 4.XX still, it will surely improve the stability of the OS and will also fix some know issues like inconsistent WiFi connectivity, APN improvements for certain carriers, and other bug fixes.
