Nokia, the global leader of mobile phone industry is all set to launch the much awaited and rumored 41 megapixels smartphone called Nokia 808 PureView in Indis soon. A countdown timer on www.nokiapureview.in, a website claiming to be the official dedicated website for the upcoming Nokia smartphones, suggests that the phone should reach the country in the next few hours.
India is going to be among the very few countries where Nokia is expected to launch the Nokia 808 PureView camera phone. The Indian and Russian market would be the very first markets to begin selling Nokia 808 PureView.
Nokia PureView 808 is getting all the attention from tech news portals and the mobile phone lovers around the globe because of its insane camera sensor which is rumored to be the 41-megapixel camera. The high-resolution 41-megapixel sensor camera comes with high-performance Carl Zeiss optics and new pixel oversampling technology.
The Nokia 808 PureView will run the Symbian Belle OS, which is also the latest version of Symbian OS and it will also receive the all upcoming updates and upgrades pf the Symbian OS. Other key specifications of Nokia 808 PureView includes 16 GB internal storage, 4.0-inch AMOLED display, 1.3 GHz ARM 11 processor and 512 MB RAM.
Nokia PureView 808 also will also come with NFC, Stereo FM Radio with FM transmitter, HDMI, 3G, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi b/g/n, DLNA and Dolby Digital Plus for 5.1 channel surround sound playback.
The price of the smartphone has not been disclosed yet, but as per rumor and considering the specification of the phone we should expect it at a price tag of around Rs 30,000 in India.
