Bengaluru, July 18, 2025: In a major step toward reshaping postgraduate education in India, IBM Q²D has officially launched the IBM Global Entrance Test (GET), a unified admissions gateway for students aspiring to join industry-integrated postgraduate programs in leading universities across the country. The initiative is aimed at the academic year 2025–26.
The launch marks a significant collaboration between academia and industry, with S-VYASA Deemed-to-be University, Bengaluru, becoming the first Indian university to adopt this model. The partnership will benefit students enrolling in MBA, MCA, and M.Sc Computer Science programs by offering them an IBM-backed, future-ready curriculum.
What is the IBM Global Entrance Test (GET)?
The IBM GET is designed to identify and admit talented students into IBM-delivered master’s programs across India. Students who qualify through this entrance test will gain access to postgraduate programs enhanced with real-world industry content, hands-on labs, IBM’s digital credentials (badges), internship opportunities, and corporate mentoring.
The selected students will pursue their programs at S-VYASA’s campus situated within Sattva Global City Tech Park, Kengeri, Bengaluru, where the IBM Q²D framework will be fully implemented.
